You should say sorry!

几个月前，美国大学校园枪击案发生后，这个记者发表文章称那是中国留学生干的。悲哀的是北美华人媒体人竟然把这当成噱头大肆转载，不仅头版头条，而且标题更加耸人听闻。结果很快出来，是韩裔美国人干的。虽然是韩国后裔，可毕竟在美国长大，我更愿意说他是美国人。

这个首发记者却只是偷偷将文章从网上删除，没有一丝道歉的意思。忍不住给她写了个email表表华裔心声。

Title：You should say sorry!

I guess you are the first one who was saying in your report that the shooting was carried out by a Chinese student from Shanghai. The misleading report was then followed by international media and many of them put it as their front page news. Some even use very disturbing title like “Chinese Student Blood Washed the Campus” to attract the public eyes. I am sure you understand how this disturbed the Chinese community in North America. Now the truth has emerged, whatever source you had proved wrong and it’s the right time you should say sorry when you “update” the occurrence.
